I'm all about detail, but fucking hell, is this really needed for a car racing game when you cant even see any of it??????

Maybe they are trying to setup a realistic in-car camera that doesn't look like your head is planted in the front bumber.

With a zillion racing games out there, they have to think of the next gimmick just to sell the game. Everything else has been done.
