Black and White 2 next month

Black and White 2 hits North America on September 30th, according to Lionhead’s official site for the game.
Ferrago points out that Lionhead Studios has been unusually quiet about the release date for the game after missing the release date for the original Black and White by more than a year.
I’d say this is one release date we can probably count on

populous was good. ofcourse back then there werent any pressconferences and bullshit-expo's around to claim your game has the unachievable

Fable was also pretty good, nothing monumental, still good nonetheless.

Well I was all hyped up for the First Black and White, I got it, played level one, and two. Was stuck on the third "island" for 2 months and never finished it.
I am NOT buying the second one.

The problem with the first B&W was that it went from something creative (the first two islands or worlds) to just another real time strategy game with a stupid tamagotchi-like pet to piss you off.

It did have some novel features, like the mouse gestures, and it made me feel more like God than any other RTS (or "God game").
Although it was majorly floored. I hated the controls, and after Island 1 the whole thing just went down hill.

and that is only because he invented god games. i think the idea is not so special ...
but his movies thing sounds very interresting.

Yeah I mean don't even bother trying the game or anything. Just write it off without playing it at all.

It was a cool concept but I felt no desire to keep playing the game.

I personaly felt it was the best RTS i ever played and look foward to this new one. I hope my beast doesnt go mad and kill everyone again cause i couldnt download the patch though lol.
Mind you im not a RTS fan i think the only other RTS i could ge tinto was Dark Reign.

No, the first was very good. Only drawback was it was boring, but very well made
