Having a father as a billionaire can be quite a perk. Imagine the endless shopping sprees, extensive travel opportunities and elaborate parties. Lakshmi Mittal, the head of Mittal Steel, shelled out $60 million for his daughter Vanisha's wedding last year

b. i dont think that really matters but maybe its just my lack of understanding. im sure having a billion dollars gives you a totally different perspective on how much you should spend on a wedding. regardless, for the general well being of the populace, that money would be better spent on charity
