Just borrowed a friend's audigy - what drivers should i use?

I hate creative drivers - any decent others out there that are recommended?

Can't say, but watch out for some severe wonkiness if it's an Audigy2....

audigy drivers should be used.

:icon14: Have had 2 friends that ended up cleaning their drive, and putting xp back on it after installing an Audigy card (no idea what model).

hm, audigy2 can be a bit temperamental but the sound quality is ++

it's an audigy 1 - i'm just using the regular drivers.

Those 2 people could have had a borked install from the start though...that card has a good name and haven't heard of any "official" complaints about it. Just a caution.

ugh - got two blue screens of death already - they resolved themselves when i pressed a key, but still - not a good sign.
