Ok, should i buy this or not...?

Thats a 1gig memory card for a PSP. Now usually these are about £100.
The guy has 43 of them, selling them at £27.95 with £11 postage, shipping from the uk.
He also has 98.6% Positive Feedback...
What do you think...?

looks fine, but what's that bit about insurance? if you have to pay that then you could probably get one cheaper by shopping around within the uk.
