how long can you hold it there for? (make sure your mouth is closed and the ice cube is pushing hard on your cheek)

It hurts but the longer ytou do it the better the effect you get when you take it out, try it with one in both cheeks, after you take them out you feel coldness slowly go to your brain! :icon3:
