About to clean out my case

Have never had a need to do this before, but today I cracked the case open to install a new soundcard and she was looking a bit dusty. Up here at work we have a little air compressor so I'll be bringing up here tomorrow. Do I need to just open the case up and blow it until it's clean, or should I remove the HDDs, RAM ect? Also, should I be blowing all in the vents of the PSU or what?
Trying to clean it, not create a need to buy some brand new clean hardware.
