In realtime.

I was just reading up on ASUS' 7800 and it had this listed as a feature:
ASUS GameLiveShow :
Just like people who share their lives and thoughts on blogs, expert gamers often want to show off their perfectly executed strategies and five-hit combinations to other gamers. GameLiveShow is another innovative feature incorporated in ASUS graphics cards that is created to allow gamers to stream broadcast their gaming experience live over the Internet. Other players can now go online to check out how you expertly beat the whole game.
While i'm sure it's a bit wank and causes serious lag issues, it's still a cool idea. I have know some friends that can't run the games I play but would like to watch me play them just to check them out. Now they don't even have to leave the house. And as we all know, leaving the house is bad. :paranoid:

Record a demo.

Failing that, record with fraps.
