I just bought a car charger for my iPAQ rx3715, only i got sent the wrong one. No worries, i'll contact them and get it swapped. fuck sake, i wish it was that easy.

see emails today, so far. I'm having a three way email here at some point. oh, at this charger cost £4.99

i ordered a car charger Product ID: IP3715CCR. I don't think it's the right one for my PDA. i have a iPAQ rx3715 but was sent one for a iPAQ 32xx. The charger i was sent will not work on my PDA.

There is no number on the charger and my iPAQ will not power up with it in but it works in my friends iPAQ 3830.

Sorry, the 37xx was a typo. Please could you supply me with the return details I need and send me a charger to fit my iPAQ rx3715.

It is not working on my iPAQ therefore it's unfit for the purpose it was sold for. I'd like to return it and ether have my money back or have it replaced with one that works please. I am within my rights to ask this of you.

I ordered this item on the 4th along with a case which I'm very happy with however the car charger will not work on my iPAQ rx3715. I'd like to return it and have it swapped for a charger that will work.

There is no need to claim sales of goods act, we can refund you if you do not want it, but these may be another reason why it is not working this is what we are trying to get to.

Are you connecting it to the read USB port ?

I don't want to have to ask for my money back, I just want to right part from my Pocket PC which i did order under ref "Product ID: IP3715CCR Product Name: Ipaq rx3715 Car Charger"

There is no USB port on an rx3715, just the bespoke comms port which the car charger and sync cable fit into at the bottom of the iPAQ. The car charger you sold me is ether the wrong one or faulty. Can't I just return it and have one for my iPAQ rx3715?
I was very happy with your company up to this point, but seven emails later and I still don't have an RMA or address to return this product.

The only lables are 'CE' and QC lable on the main body of the charger.

Dear Sir,

Sorry we mean the main PC - are you connecting it to the rear USB port.

We can change this but if incorrectly connected you will have the same problem as the actual cable is correct.

What has a PC got to do with this? I'm talking about a car charger! A charger that goes in a car so i can charge my iPAQ up on the move and use Tom Tom, in the car, with it's charger.

No, it doesn't charge it at all, at any point or anywhere.

Just so we are clear, this "iPAQ rx3715 car charger" does not charge my iPAQ in my car. In fact, i think there might be something wrong with it!

Just phone them up and start yelling!

Today, I just found out that the Tungsten T3 which I thought I'd lost at work, and therefore replaced with a new T5 over the weekend, was actually just in the front pocket of my bag. I feel like such a moron.

It sounds like what I am going through with Sony tech support right now over my PSP with the red dot in the middle of the LCD screen, which is supposed to be perfectly normal for LCD screens, but which Sony said they will replace PSP's for, but which the tech support folks are giving me the runaround about.
