Fuck this shit. Anyone else suffer from Hay fever? I've never had it and then this year it hits like a ton of bricks. From reading around, I'm right in the middle of the grass pollen and weed pollen seasons, and its slaughtering me. Slaughtered... by flowers.

So I'm sat here with 2 rolls of tissue wedged tastefully up my nose, and now my throat is hurting. Need some of those antisist... antifist.. antihispani... whatever they're called.

Fuck hay fever.

On another note, anyone who wanted to set up that WASTE filesharing network or was interested in giving it a go, I've now got my connection sorted and would love to exchange keys with you. Eh nurse?

Yeha, I've got it, too, woke up with a burning throat and shortness of breath. Gotta see if I have any ephedra left in the cupboard, ephedra tea is really good for hay fever. I can't find it any more since they banned it, though. I'll have to make a trip to the Sierra mountains to try to collect some.

I use budesonide (corticosteroid) nosespray. two puffs in the nose every day during season and i hardly sneeze or have itches anymore.

it supresses allergic reactions, but locally.

Interesting. On a somewhat related question, is desonide safe for topical use indefinitely? If the cream's stench is unintentionally inhaled each time it's applied (because of it's proximity), would this pose a problem over the long term?
