I ordered a k700i on ebay for $182. I paid for it on Monday and right away the seller says they can't ship it until Friday. Today we had this email conversation.

I am so very sorry about the whole shipping ordeal, please forgive me! But I shipped your phone through UPS and it should be there Wednesday by 11:05, but just in case here is the tracking number:

I tried entering this number with UPS, USPS, and FedEx and all three website

say that number is invalid. Can you verify that you typed it right?

I tried that same number after I checked it and it didn't work for me
either, but I called the store where I shipped it from and they said
sometimes it doesn't process since I shipped it on a Friday, last day of the business week.

It sounds to me like this person is full of shit. I've dealt with UPS many times and whenever an order is placed the tracking number is valid but it says something about how they haven't actually received the items yet.

Maybe he did ship it, I mean he did say it should be there Wednesday by 11:05, where'd he get the exact time from?

UPS just said that its possible the number wasn't automatically put into the system but it should when the item is picked up. So if it's not in the system by tomorrow night I guess it's paypal complaint time.

It may be exact but it's wrong. UPS delivers around 3pm (like I said I've dealt with them alot).

True. I order stuff off the net all the time, I never get it before Noon. (when using UPS or FedEX)
