pb prob

lo all
when trying to join a PB enabled server I get sent to specc mode and after some time I get kicked for 0 min because of a "bad ui system trap: 87" prob, have googled the prob but got sent to unanswered forum questions ! My Q3 version is a legal version. Any clues???

although putting it in in D:\Quake III Arena\pb file here's what I get:

hmm, sorry for the long wait. Didn't notice you replied.
edit: And now I'm seeing I'm only a few minutes late. :icon32:
Haven't heard of the error before, but after a little searching (none of wich turned up anything about q3 i could find) I found that a lot of people had their problem fixed by reinstalling the game that was giving the error...

I could be totally wrong, and usually don't like telling someone to reinstall to fix a problem...but I'm lost and that's the only thing I could find. Worth a try unless you wanna wait on a more educated suggestion I guess.?

Hi s0are, how's things?
It might be a bit of a radical solution, but re-installing the 1.32 point release might solve your problem.

got up really early this morning and already have reinstalled Quake 3 arena, so whenever I have time I'll reinstall the 1.32 patch etc etc etc...

ok all fine now problem solved, stil must install OSP thinghy and fiddle around with cfg Big cheers all
