Word. :icon14: I meant to ask you before, what stuff of theirs did you get?bork[e] wrote:Someone suggested Dredge a week or so back and I love 'em. To me they seem to have bit of Coldplay (that smooth light sound) mixed with some light distortion. And some very catchy beats
Don't mind Juggernaut, he listens to final fantasy soundtracks.+JuggerNaut+ wrote::icon13:Zerofactor wrote:System of a Down

Check out Neil Young, Delerium, Death Cab For Cutie, Fountains of Wayne, Simon & Garfunkel, the new Coldplay album's not bad either

Downloading now =)bork[e] wrote:Also, there is a band near where I live that is doing pretty well for thereselves. You can download their cd for free here. Nothing hardcore rock or anything but they have some nice tunes as well, to me it's one of those few cds where you can start playing it and not have to worry with pressing "next" every few songs.
edit: btw, they are called Far Star.

Cool... Those are some of their more mellow songs, but still good ones. If you can, you should try to get Lechium, Same Ol' Road, The Canyon Behind Her, Ode to the Sun, Bug Eyes, and Hungover on a Tuesday, to name a few. Those are some of my favorites.bork[e] wrote:Orph
Sorry but it's Over
Catch Without Arms
Of the Room
Scissor Rock
Are the ones I can remember off the top of my head, but not much more. Any other bands close to their style?
don't listen to zerofactor, he assumes that if you don't like SOAD, that you don't listen to "exciting" music.sliver wrote:oooh, exciting and cool. The words of a true connoisseur. Aerials is the only song they've made that i've heard that doesn't suck (i actually like it a fair bit).
Do you like Fear Factory too?![]()

Well for some reason, these sound lame to me, and I've heard Coldplay, not that great.sliver wrote:Don't mind Zerofactor, he listens to shit.
