banger racing ?

yer, fucking awesome.. a couple of my mates still do it and when i go i watch everything from the pits with burgers and beer on demand

and the dickabout at the end if the cars still going

i was just watching, there was bangers, super bangers, stox and mini stox
and at the end, demolition derby.

heh, the next one round here got a 25 foot stretch limo, im def going to that

the last one was figure of 8 track (fucking awesome, just pure carnage at the cross section) then caravan rugby, were the object to win is to the be 1st to park you car inside the caravan being toed

to my surprise though, the car that won was the austin mini

lol, there was even a morris minor there, the wheel come hurdling off and the thing rolled about 10 times into someones parked car :icon19:

one of the bangers did a complete roll on the corner, there was loads of dirty play goin on, he over skidded and the other banger went full pelt into him, i only saw half the topple as i was watchin the other side though .
Also, in the stox 2 crashed, then one got pissed off, reversed, and then drive full pelt back into him :lol: guy got out and started throwing bits of his cars at him :lol:

LOL, that happend last time aswell, 2 dudes got pissed at each other because the one got pushed straight into the tyre wall on the 1st lap

all you seen was one spin round and started pelting round the track the other way

as the cars got closer all you could hear was the crowd chanting CRASH CRASH CRASH CRASH

then SMACK but then his team mate come hurdling up behind him and went straight up his ass, the car ended up about 2 foot long and even after that he kept reversing and doing it again and again and again

then in the pits it was just all back to normal, laughing n joking n shit... and if a car broke down they were knicking parts off other peoples fucked cars (with permission) which i found quite comical

o yer, if you get a flat tyre your not allowed to continue racing HOWEVER, if your wheel falls off its all gravy

somethin i forgot to mention, when the driver finally got out of his fucked toppled banger, he was about 10! quite a few drivers were about 10/11 yrs old, racing in propper bangers against 30 yr olds.
is it common for the drivers to be so young?

aye but they got the option, the 1st race at ours is a youth race where its anyone from age 8+

and inside the cars must be really uncomfortable, clutch on left side, gear stick by ya nads, and brake and throttle on right.

and those stox are feckin nooisy

lol yer, half the cars aint got exhausts and if its on the dirt track it can pretty dusty if it aint watered down properly :]

and nah, aint that uncomfy so long as you dont mind the noise or banging your head a bit much

i was quite dissapointed with our destruction derby as there wasnt many cars left to destroy
though one guy, at the start of the destruction derby, reversed crushing 2 cars behind him, shouldve seen the look on the guys face behind him (well you couldnt really see it but you could he didnt expect it), was fuckin funny :lol:
