Clearing a criminal record

I have been wanting to get my criminal record expunged for some time now and was wondering if anyone here has gone through the process of that.
I have 2 Felony's, 1 for controlled substance ( shrooms ) and another for possession of weed. ( 2nd offence ) It's been 8 years now and have not touched the stuff since and have not been in trouble in the 8 years.

you might wanna go on oprah though, tell everyone you were a drug addict (worst thing in the world) but now you're clean and succesful (beating drugs == the best thing in the world).

You can apply for a pardon I beleive if it's been 7 years. Might be 10. It's a one time deal and you have to basicly show you're now a model citizen. If you go to human resources they could probably point you in the right direction. Oh I'm Canadian btw not sure what it is for other nations.

Contact your/a lawyer and ask him/her what to do.
Or just mellow out , smoke a fat one and realize no one gives a shit.

thats not really true, a firend of mine that just got hired into Wendy's as a manager, they did a Full background check on her and etc etc..
if she had a Chrim Record, she most likly wouldent get the job.. .and this is a fucking Wendy's for fucks sake.

go back to selling weed, set up a grow house, then buy your own wendy's franchise after the first year...then fire the manager, take their job. :icon14:

i think that would be a little overkill,
why not this:
go back to selling weed, set up a grow house, then buy your own wendy's franchise after the first year... USe the place to filter the Weed money through, and fuck wendy's!

iirc they dropped the pardon time to 5 years and it's a little easier to obtain.(in canada)
