Honestly... Killers go free or spend a week in jail and have to clean up some guys garden, people who fart in church have 9 life sentances and now this:

Kids do that sort of stuff. When they're 11, they don't know what the consequences of such an action could be. Ofcourse she has to be disciplined, but that should be a matter of her parents, not the police.
