I love grape nuts, but I have to have sugar on them, so it probably negates some of the health benefits they have.

oh wow I haven't had lovely grape nuts for years. If you leave them for about half an hour they finally go soggy... and kinda melt together. It's bonza.

Grape Nut Flakes were WAAAAY better and I don't know why they stopped selling them.
