Hmmm, certifications aren't that big of a deal. I personally find inolen's accomplishments to be more impressive.

She merelly took a test and got a certification. Inolen began to program as a hobby and got a job in the game industry. His knowledge of programming rivals that of masters students. Trust me, I know.

You tell me which of the two is most impressive.
