I've been reading that too. It's fucking great, everybody should read it.
Not to mention some of the animal traps - I think I might try to make a couple of those down at the campsite just for the hell of it. :icon32:

On an oddly related note, I skimmed through How To Stay Alive in the Woods" (copyright 1954) the other day.
It suggests for an easy meal you walk up to an owl in a tree and knock it down. Easy as pie!
