Seems as if this movie is crap.

When will people learn that making this shit for kids just doesn't work... Sure, you can milk the money and get the toys more because the kids love it, but give it a bit of a darker edge and the film rocks.

Look at Batman. The last 2 fucking sucked, were jokes and bombed. Everybody everywhere hates them. Then look at batman begins, its an instant classic because its so much more darker and dirty.

Yes, I agree that BB was much better because of what it was really based on.

But lets face facts... It didn't NEED to be based on anything. If film makers have to BASE things on somebody elses work, then they have no talent at all. F4 didn't suck because it wasn't based on some great version of it, it sucked because the guy who did it was a no brained fog hat.

Take this for example. Its based on an amazing game, which fucks you over very, very badly at night. The game features the most amazing thing ever in a horror game... That fucking radio...

Now i know we will get the fog... But come on, its all up to the director for the film NOT to suck.

Like Doom the movie. It could of rocked as a film, but instead, they toyed with it waaaaaaaay to much for more $$$.

EDIT: Here are some shots of the silent hill film being filmed... And already we have no darkness and no fog. Woo.
