Mariah Carey loses top on German TV

"German TV viewers saw more of singer Mariah Carey than anyone had planned when her dress top fell off during a live broadcast.
Floor managers in the Karlsruhe, Germany, studio quickly cut the lights Monday night, allowing Carey to rush offstage and regain her composure, MTV News reported Tuesday.
Carey reportedly yelled from offstage: "Someone bring me a jacket or the show's off, we all know how quickly these images can spread around the world."
She then reappeared on stage and continued with the show."
