I have major reservations about the following things:
1. The pay & display ticket left in their car. Why bother getting a pay and display? The possibility that that was to buy them time (the only possible counter I can imagine to this inconsistency) is ludicrous because if your car was caught without a ticket it would just get a parking ticket, nothing more.
2. There's no motive, no message left by them.
3. There were exercises going on at the exact same time in the exact same place? This was also true of 9/11, there were exercises mimicing the attacks going off at the same time. Coincedence once? Ok maybe. Twice? lol.

Anywhichway, I know as little as any other resident in the UK or US, but on the basis of all of what I or we do know, I've reached the conclusion (however vague) that all is definitely not as it seems.

Yea, I'm not a conspiracy theorist type by any stretch of the imagination, but this is starting to look pretty bad. If it looks like shit, smells like shit...you know the rest.

I haven't been paying too much attention to what the "exercises" that they were supposedly on actually have to do with this? Fill me in.

Are the "exercises" people speak of some sort of "terrorist attack search and rescue" thingy to test emergency response times? Or a military surveillance exercise?

What exactly were these exercises and what types were they doing on 9/11?

There were 3 terrorism exercises occuring when the attacks happened. A large number of fighters were sent up toward northern Canada, and there was a "live-fly" exercise in the northeast US, meaning they inserted blips on the FAA radar screens and acted for all intents and purposes like real terrorist hijackings were going on.

The extra blips confused a lot of FAA personnel during the attacks. The drills were also the reason that FEMA was there the day before the attacks, setting up a massive response center. Which is why they were able to help so quickly (and quickly round up the steel to ship it off).
