So UKers use the singular form of "bollocks"? I always wondered how one would refer to a single testicle using the typical Yank slang, "balls."

Yes, yes... there are many acceptable terms, but they all work for plural and single references...
nuts/nut
nads/nad
etc..
balls/ball doesn't seem to work, though. I think I'll start using "bollock", however, that has a distinguished air about it.
