Has an ultrasonic rotating toothbrush already been invented? IE the one that moves but you can't hear.

Well that one just emits ultrasonic pulses, you can still hear it though.

I think if you connect the doohickey with the whatchamacallit and wire it together with the 12 volt car battery you stole from the neighbor's garage, coupled with the gravitational tug of the moon's black hole you just might come up with a device that would clean your teeth but shatter your skull into eleventy billion bite-sized pieces....and that's a good thing.

The question is: who gives a fuck about a slightly buzzing toothbrush? It's hardly a massive distraction.
