my neighbor(who always has the best weed), just got back from florida 3 days ago...he has been there since last summer doing insurance work for the hurricanes last year...now theres a cat4 about to hit florida today...god hates him?

How can god hate him if he just got back from Florida? if god hated him, wouldn't he have made sure the hurricane hit while he was there?
