I switched ISP's so I'm waiting for my new modem to arrive.
Edit: Especially when you have to sleep during the day.

With the cable modem and when I get the DSL are basically plug and go.
Probably just have to do a ipconfig/release from my network card.

With Magma I can actually purchase my own modem.
Just has to have PPPOE and be DSL.
But I just purchased theirs instead.

When my cable is upgraded, they just send a quick firmware update and reboot the modem. The modem I have now will go up to 10Mbit up and 30Mbit down. To bad it's capped at 3m down and only 300k up.

Well I picked up the modem from the post office. Guess the post man didn't have enough time to come to my place.
At least I shouldn't have to worry about 20ish disconnections /day now.
Now the next move is to switch Rogers Digital T.V. to Bell Express VU.
