Web content creator?

I dont feel like going through the creation process of a site layout, coding and all that. With my work and MSCE studies, i just dont have the time and energy. Is there any tools or whatever that speed up the creation of a site, you know, pre-made templates and content layouts. I want to host this off my own server as part of IIS administration learning process.

Am i reading this right? Is this content creation that based off their servers? I just glanced at it last night so maybe i didnt read right, but im looking to make stuff i can host on my server.

Uh no, that's the website of the company I work at.
If you could read Dutch you would've noticed it said that Green Valley is one of the biggest CMS suppliers of the Netherlands, and in the top-500 fastest growing companies of Europe.

well I investigated the 404 and found that Netherlands ips are blocked by my paranoid ISP (that's not at all to undermine the fact that dutchies can't be trusted to safely hold a towel filled with shit)

right. Could be. I forgot that because of reconstruction work of our offices power is shut down until saturday morning. Website won't be back up until then.
Not that the site is particularly interesting anyway. It's kind of crap to be honest.
