Ok, back then like year 2000 on my old computer quake 3 ran fine. Now i have this gayest problem ever. Everything runs fine right. The in the middle of the game at some random point the Game freezes, and the very last round that it made it repeats it in a frozen form. then the sound goes REALLY fast and goes back to normal. it randomly does this time to team, then later on when it freezes it goes for a REALLY long time, 1 time it crashed my computer.
Could some 1 help me with this please or is there some patch for this

It hosed me a couple times. But this last time it did me right and no problems since so far.

Sounds more like a driver issue though or maybe overheating.

SP2 isn't usually the problem. Issues with it will most often stem from a driver issue.
