I have been keeping up with the sceen on this fucked up release that is basicly just another mod.
Can you say Team Arena?
Anyways heres my responce to all the hoopla that is supposed to be the next Big fad.
Mind you everyone hates the in game browser and the servers suck. (most any way)
BF2 News: EA Games has signaled that the game was incomplete before shipment. In a rush to satisfy consumers, thay admit to flooding the market that had a known bug. The bug, of starting the game and going to the multiplayer browser was just way to much for many members of the Gameing community to handle.
EA appologizes to the thousands of morons that cant sort this issue out without a patch, that would supposedly make it playable on Gamspy Arcade, an affiliate of IGN Network said.
BF2 News: Sorces say that the impending patch up needed for browser services Like Gamspy 3d, Gamespy Arcade and All Seeing Eye, is at a temporary stand still. "I just dont understand it," said Mike from EA games, "Our people just are not that motivated to get the patch out to the masses." When asked what the exact hold up was Mike replied, "Thay say theres to many n00bs out there to bother with it and thats why thay gave the game a "Multiplayer Menue".
BF2 News: Breaking Info From EA Games. Mike has just fired the entire game code staff and is currently talking to ID Software's John Carmack. Carmack, a superior coder that is recognized world wide for achievements such as the Quake 3 game engine and the new Doom3 engine, accepted the call. While it's to early to speculate if John will join the EA team, we reporters find this a dramatic turn of events.
BF2 News: The phone call from Mike at EA Games to John Carmack concluded on a frustrating note for BF2 gamers. While the code of the game was examined by Carmack, and the extropolating line pointed out to Mike, John declined the invitation to join EA. When asking Carmak his thoughts, "Thay just screwed up a parameter is all", he said smileing, "Nothing thay cant fix on their own." Of corse with the recent terminations, where will that leave EA Games?
BF2 News: After a recent turn around from John Carmack pointing out the failed code, Mike from EA games talked all his coders into comming back. Thay were so taxed at the error that Mike fired them all. Now that the teams back and has an identifiable problem, thay are dilligently at work at getting the bug fixed.
Mike said, "Carmack is a damm guru. Im glad I spoke to him personaly." Rejoice was also stated from both ID's side and EA's side. "I hope the drama ends soon," said John Carmack.
