Going to Finland again this year, just booked my tickets. I'm going on the 17th (two days after seeing Rammstein, yet again in Newcastle) and returning the 29th of July, should be good. We're staying in my friend's inherited log cabin which is alongside the biggest lake in Finland, he has a motorboat which we had great fun in last year. Tomorrow I'm journying to Scotland where my parents have 56kant which if i'm lucky will be able to load about:blank and nothing more.
So if their internet is a crap as they make out, I hope you all have a good summer
take care all.

I was planning to go to Finland too, but then I decided not to. Strange how things work out that way.

Damned Euros.. I got 5 whole days vacation this year. At my company it's all called paid time off (PTO - includes sick days AND vacation) and when you burn it you get no more. So I figured, OK, I'll take 3 days. That gives me 2 to be sick this year. The week after I took my time off I got a crippling infection that left me bed-ridden for a week - unpaid. There are times I hate the work ethic in this country...

Just got off the phone with my friend, he said 'I've got a ticket for you in my hand to go see Rammstein in Birmingham', pretty psyched about that, havent seen them play live since their first UK tour which was years ago and was freakin awesome.
But I'm not going to Finland. If it's any conselation, I'm going to 'Missouri' lol at the end of the month.

I have PTO time as well, but it builds every payperiod. It's around 3.7 hours every 2 weeks. Doesn't take long to build up 40 hours.
