Software MP3 Players besides Winamp and iTunes

I'm looking for an mp3 player that displays photos embedded in the ID3v2 information.
In case you didn't know, you can attach an image using ID3v2 which is saved inside the file... This isn't exactly how iTunes does it, but I'm looking for something similar.
Basically, I've got CDs I've ripped and I put the album covers in each mp3, and now I'd like to see the pretty pictures when I play the song.

Man, this post is formatted very well. ( Not.)

Anyways, I'll just make a quick illustration of what I want:

Really? That was the first player I ever used. Any other suggestions?

Edit: There is a winamp plugin that does something similar, but not as pretty: http://www.winamp.com/plugins/details.php?id=37798

I just use iTunes.. Just dont use the normalizer or it causes all your tunes with high frequencies to distort

You can't see the pictures when you're in the mini-player, and it doesn't show embedded images in mp3 files.

It sucks when you put something on before you go to bed and some loud-ass song comes on at 4 am that wakes you up from a dead sleep

i can understand that, but what normalizing does technically makes me want to hurl.

that's why I turned it off ;)

Normalizing is a bit misleading.. Attenuating is better. But you can imagine my horror when my speakers all of a sudden started barfing on high frequencies. Luckily I figured out what was causing it

iTunes is great and I still use Winamp from time to time.

And I add albumpictures to every mp3 too :0

Look for avedesk, Samurize, or Konfabulator widgets, their are ones that get the now playing from iTunes and display it almost exactly like you conceptualized. Here are two of the setup's I switch back and forth between, all Konfabulator Widgets, all also work on the windows version I think:

iTunes Sleek Display + iTunes Companion(Turns out Sputnik just goes to Amazon, this one doesn't)

iTunes Subtle Display + iTunes Companion

The first is cleaner, but has no control options, purely display. The second one, while not as "matching," allows you to control iTunes, and has the awesome glass styling.

Same here. It was decent and I was attracted to the pretty colors back when I was computer illiterate. Then I found Winamp and never went back. :icon14:

The problem of course, is iTunes uses 50MB of RAM on my system and Winamp uses 5MB.

I have 2GB. I don't want to worry about performance when I'm trying to finish some Photoshop project that has 400 layers at 300DPI and 5000x3000 resolution.
