Good fucking god, when i had that done i was feeling severly ill and weak for something like three days. It was in fact rather awful.

As of right now I feel like a million bucks. It only took them like 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door. I remember being moved to a recliner and I kept checking my watch like "wtf...am I done already?"

It could be that whole Ryoki being allergic to anaesthetics thing.

damn that sucks. this was the first i/v i've ever gotten. i got nervous at first cuz she couldnt find a vein but she hit it on the first try.

I don't even remember. I'm chilling in the chair with the laughing gas on my face and just about the time I start feeling drunk I get the i/v stuck in me. Then that arm started feeling heavy and then I felt drunk like you do just before you black out. The next thing I knew I was sitting in a chair seeing distinct duplicates of everything and still feeling slightly drunk.

I'm kinda nervous though because my mouth is so numb that I'm worried the dude fucked up that nerve that runs through your lower jaw. The left side of my face feels normal but the right side feels like it weighs 20 lbs.

Maybe the gas, I've gotten that once or twice. But no needles, I remembr that much.

It actually wasn't bad for me. I was only like 17 at the time though, so they weren't too matured. I felt fine, hardly any pain resulting from it. It's just that cleaning the holes was a PITA, and all I ate for 2-3 days was eggs, jello, and yogurt.

On the other hand, when my brother got his out, the guy broke his jaw. That scared the shit out of me. And that's why it's good to get them out earlier, as he was about 30 by the time this happened.

Well they gave me a choice so I chose to have less pain at the expense of my insurance company.

You guys should see me right now :lol: I have to ice my mouth so I tightened a belt under my chin and around the top of my head and then slid an ice pack on each side. Works like a fucking charm.
