i have moves to help me with jumps and strafting,you kno demos,but i dont kno how to play them is there a way you can do it in demo i dont have the full verison

I don't think you can in the demo version...if you could it would be restricted to only the maps you have and it would have to be the right version. But I don't think you can...Get the full game...It's cheap now.
