has anyone actually used this? i have just used it for a few tracks, and to be perfectly honest, i am impressed, the library isnt up to the minute, but, top class for the money none the less.

allofmp3 wasn't ruled illegal in its native country.

There was an investigation opened into the site, then quickly closed with no charges brought, IIRC.

Of course, being in America (if you are) that doesn't matter, because America doesn't respect other country's laws in regards to Internet transmission.

Dunno which way the cookie crubles over here. Frankly, if you are genuinely concerned about keeping your music legal, then don't go with allofmp3 because it's a gray area.... and on the other hand if you don't give a shit about the legality of your music, you won't be paying for it anyway so allofmp3 again, is not a good choice.

I heard the price is cheap and good as far as quality, however if the site ever faces some legal action then they will probally disclose information about the users and you could technically face some problems but I highly doubt it.

foo, legality, not a problem, just had trouble finding a few torrents, i sought to hunt from a few places, one of which was a spy, but couldnt find em.

i had some free credits for something or other anyway, didnt cost me owt
