it shouldn't be too big though, i have it on the side of my site for the navigation bar, and it's linked to nav.html (which is the code for links and everything). The frame is there, but the link text isn't. It just shows a long invisible bar of nothing. Making sense?

Ok, the iframe is working, but the only reason I can't see the link text is because it's auto scrolled below the iframe itself, so when I wheelup the menu appears but seems to make copies of itself and look all fucked up. I don't get it.

The caps weren't the problem and neither was the fact that I wasn't using quotations. When I copied my nav bar into a seperate document, I accidently took the code for the iframe above it with it. So I had an iframe inside of an iframe which made it...fuck up.

jesus fuck. you dont know how to many an iframe or prevent guests from posting retarded gangster pictures on your website and you are arguing with us?
1. ask for help
2. get answer
3. tell them that the answer you dont know, is wrong
4. sigh
just die already.

the answers posted here might've been right, but they weren't part of the problem, i appreciate the effort, but i tried it both without caps and quotations before i figured out the problem and it made no difference....
