.bmp to .jpg program

I need a program which can transform multiple .bmp files to .jpg at the same time.
Need to transform 3.567 bmp pics which are 3mb per pic to jpg.. :/

Select all the photos in the folder, select Tools menu and Convert Images. Choose JPEG and the quality settings. Choose a different output folder (so you can retry if you didn't like the quality) and hit OK.

Make sure you save them all with the quality slider set to 0, then delete the bitmaps.

What? He was responding to the programs people suggested, not to your post.
BTW, quality 0 and quality 100 can mean the same thing or exact opposites, depending on the program you're using.
