Never impressed me. The first time most people saw Conyers was in Fahrenheit 9/11, and he seemed like a moron then. I've heard him speak since that time, and he still doesn't sound very educated.

He was the guy who revealed to the world that Congress don't even bother to read most of the bills passed to them. Some fucking democracy.
