He's fucked up as a result of a rotten childhood and abuse. I doubt he actually molested them, but he still doesn't have a frame of mind healthy enough where he should be allowed to have children.

Everything about Jacko's life is confusing to me, including whether or not he molested kids.
But, knowing his habits with kids, it's very hard not to draw the conclusion that, if he's fucked up enough to spend so much time with kids in such fucked up settings, and think it's normal, then I'm sure he's fucked up enough to not really consider whether it would be right or wrong to molest one.
And the thought that he's spent so much time alone that way with so many kids, almost makes it seem inevitable that he had to molest one of them at some point in time.
