i used to allways have romancandle wars.. its fucking amazing when there are 4-5 people per side and the things are firing off like machine guns.

We used to have roman candle wars growing up too. It's practically impossible to hit anybody with one on purpose, so there wasn't much danger involved.
Every now and then someone's shirt would get singed or something but nobody ever got hurt.

My buddy had one of those roman candles.
He was pointing it down to bounce it off the pavement.
The whole thing went off and went shooting out of his hands.
He had burnt his hand a tiny bit and burnt a hole in his shirt.
It went flying about 200' down the road.

people like that SHOULD breed...how else are my children going to be entertained?

That's pretty ignorant IMO. It's just dangerous. It's literally playing with fire. You can't hit anyone on purpose? Yeah sure, I bet you wouldn't want to hurt anyone on purpose either. The purpose part of the story is not why it's dangerous. It's the accidents. What if someone does get hit in the hair, clothes, face or even an eye? It can leave serious burn marks.

Well I never said it wasn't a retarded thing for young kids to do. But I did a lot of pretty retarded, dangerous things when I was younger. When I think about some of them, I'm surprised I ever made it to my mid-twenties. :icon30:
