Pretty sure Spacey likes them young was about as common knowledge as Weinstein in Hollywood.

Its about time all this dirty laundry came out.

Bit of a kneejerk reaction, but honestly though, HoC was close to running past its due date anyway. Wouldn't be surprised if Netflix was planning on pulling the plug anyway. If not, we might get a very unsatisfying end to the series though.

still, it was beautifully shot. I was looking forward to watching it in 4k so i hope they don't totally remove it.

I'm starting to think it was planned before the whole Spacey thing. Other sites are reporting on the upcoming season being the last without connecting it to the sexual assault allegations and I'm more inclined to believe that despite the timing of making it public being a bit awkward, the decision was made some time ago.

well that's a relief.

though, much as Spaceys bad timing to come out, this is also a very convenient time for Netflix to announce the cancellation. :dts:

Yeah, trial by social media seems to be par for the course now.

Yeah, his response is pretty much an admission of guilt. Just like Harvey.

I never really liked the Stamper character. I always wanted to skip that portion of the show, but figured some crucial plot point would get missed if I did.

I'm afraid the whole #metoo campaign is overshooting its target. The repercussions a single tweet from a single person can have are monumental. It also feels like people are chucking cases like Harvey Weinstein and people who "looked at me the wrong way" on a single pile.

that is the valorisation of victimhood, a hallmark throughout the ages of slave morality

#metoo is so appropriate as a hashtag. you couldn't make this shit up :disgust:
