Praey for the Gods

Saw an article on Eurogamer about this. The game's original name is "Prey for the Gods", but apparently the (three man) team developing this game is sued by Betheseda because of the usage of the word "Prey" in their title which, as you probably guessed, infringes on the "Prey" trademark Bethesda holds for their game. It's all bollocks if you ask me, but okay, the dev team behind Prey for the Gods decided to change the name to "Praey for the Gods" to prevent a long winded, costly effort in court (and the game is funded through a Kickstarter campaign).

Anyway, the Eurogamer articlew as accompanied by a trailer for the game which, to me, looked awesome. Admittedly there's not much gameplay (if any at all) in there, but the artwork and atmosphere looks great. And hey, huge dragons are always a good thing.
So I'm kind of happy Bethesda was threatening to sue these guys because otherwise it probably would never have landed on my radar. Check out the trailer and judge for yourself.

Bethesda sued the makers of Scrolls for the same reason.
