The site header now links back to the forum index. This was changed after the new mobile format was implemented. The new formatting was discussed a week ago in its own thread.
The q4 skin is use at your own risk.

I tried 3 different browsers and didn't see anything unusual besides the fixed width stuff from a couple weeks ago.

He means the GenDisc image topleft. The clickable area is far wider than the image is, resulting in clickable blackspace.
