After getting a rental car (finally) I decided to head out to the local guitar stores to see what they had. This first place I stumbled upon was called AJ's Guitar Shop and they had some NICE guitars. No knock offs, cheap brands, nothing but name, age, and character. They didn't have the Schecter C1-E/A that I was scouting for, but had alot of PRS's and Gibson and Fenders, Deans, things of that nature.

I then went to the Guitar Center down the road and found this little gem. It still wasn't the C1-E/A I really really wanted, but they let me play it and I had to have it. I especially like the humbucker coil splitting feature on the back 2 knobs. Pull them out and it makes them single coils.

I'll try and post some samples later but I am just having too much fun with it right now.

Oh and the amp...needed something...and I have a woody for fender amps anyhow. I don't know why....the clean tone with my Stratocaster is so awesome.

It is pretty red, even just in normal lighting. But it's the kind of red that you would want a viper to be

Nice, but I'd liked it better if it were a massive body without the resonance holes in.

Looks nice, I don't like fender amps though, prefer marshall in both looks and sound wise :D

Why did you buy a new guitar if you have to drive a rental car?

The car I ordered a few months ago isn't here yet and this place is too big for my bike and I needed to rent a car for the week to take care of alot of things. Going to the guitar store to check them out was one of those things and then *bang* couldn't hold back

I don't play guitar or anything but that color is real gay. What self respecting man do you know would put his guitar away in that soft rosey case?

interesting how you use a capo on "Under The Bridge". never seen it done with one. in other words, you don't need it ;)

It's wired...when I play on my own or with freinds I am a fucking god but then when i make a video its like wtf. At the store the salesman made my play it there on a big ass line 6, and I know the ENTIRE store could hear me but it was as if I had forgotten how to play. I managed to squeeze out some songs though (Jack Johnson, Dire Straits, Nirvana) lol

Oh was going to ask: what was the first thing you played in that clip?
