My take on it is that Memph got a big dose of cognitive dissonance. He keeps falling for non-stories and misinformation similar to the "assassination" attempt, and rather than admit how gullible he is, he just doubles down. These last few days he's been throwing shit around in an effort to blur the line between trolling and what he really believes, that way he can say "you believed me? " later.

Doesn't Memph also play a massive amount of games? I understand this is a gaming forum, but his level of gaming gives me an image of a man shacked up in his house for days, allowing for conspiracy theories and delusions to run amuck. Maybe he needs to get laid?
