When lawl begged (by proxy) to get unbanned from the forum? He wanted to come back so bad... It seemed to be a driving force of his life...
Then we found out he was officer Charles and he ran off instantly like a chump...

Was he a bicycle cop? He was always riding around on that bike. Maybe a beach cop?
