The music order for the Quake 3 Dreamcast levels

I am working to get the music on the official dreamcast mappack for 
. I need the order in which the tracks come in, like this:
map:tracknumber, or something similar, like, for ex.
dc_map01:track04.
Only because I adore this game so much, I could play it in my sleep.
