Sort of like a new project but with more domination...

So I injured my arm a while ago and have been unable to lift. I made a conscious decision to fuck it all and eat what I want thru the holidays, then go on a diet in time to be ripped by spring. Hopefully the arm will be healed by then and I'll start lifting once I lose the weight...

So last night when I got on the scale I weighed 226 ... I'll keep eating as much as possible until the 26th hopefully I'll get up to 230 so I can lose 50 pounds like a boss. That will be a personal weight loss record and quit an achievement. Maybe I'll post some progress pics so yah will have something to jerk off to fit the next 3-4 months...

Also should I do a Christian Bale type diet or something sensible?...

You're going to lose a lot of muscle and be weak.

I have done it before... Nothing that can't return within a month. Lost 47 pounds back in 2001...

Why do you roller-coaster like that with your weight? Do you have problem with will power or something? I'm 6'2" and 230 lbs is the most I've ever weighed. I've since changed my eating habits and added the gym. Now I stay down between 200 and 205. Why anyone would put themselves in a situation where they need to lose 50 lbs seems insane.

He sounds like he has some sort of disorder. Plus he's almost 50 and gets winded pushing his kid on a swing.

I don't need to lose 50 pounds. Normal weight for me is 200. But sometimes I like to go about 20-30 pounds under for that extra vitality... U chumps should try it...
