Is there any option to disable the autoplay? For example adding a parameter noautoplay in the tag? Also, the vids are automatically looped. I think it should be also controlled by a parameter (e.g. noloop) in the tag.

The tag is meant for gif-type videos, not music videos or documentaries. Hence the autoplay, mute and loop.
