Forgotten "mystery" map

I was strolling through some old comments when I found a thread regarding this map. Basically some guy showed up from nowhere, released one of, if not the best looking map I've ever seen for Quake 3 and then left to never be seen again.
Just wanted to post this because I thought it was funny, and the map is amazing enough to warrant a re-post 4 years later.

He also did Endurance (
http://lvlworld.com/review/id:2311 ) for the Mapcore Quake 3 15th Anniversary contest. It is an amazing map and it came in second place.
I seem to remember he did a couple of maps for Quake 4, but I can't seem to find anything on the net to support my crappy memory

Yea, his levels are looking very good, I was surprised that fewer knew about them. My only thing would be that the light in Endurance is too white and flat for my taste =)

It would be nice to see q3gwdm2 added to Quake Live along with phantq3dm6. They deserve to be played, rather than just sitting and getting dusty. I've been playing q3gwdm1 since it was released on ..:LvL way back ... yeah, his work is amazing .. I've played q3gwdm2 for warmup every day since it was put out for that competition .. its beautiful!

Thanks Theftbot. I knew he had done something for idtech4 but I couldn't remember what name he mapped under.
And thanks v1|3. Speaking of getting dusty, I really need to submit that map to lvl. Thanks for reminding me!

You need to "submit" that map anywhere.

It's not on your website last time I checked, and every single link in the map-core thread is dead?

@phantazm11: Your last map is really hard to find, you should fix that!
To me it was like an "graphic-Orgasm" in Q3
I dont like the "Mixer" but the rest of the map looks just awesome and really well designed!
