Hi, I'm from Amsterdam and I can confirm that weed itself being here is not really a big problem. The biggest problem is tourists soleley coming here to use drugs, fine by me if they don't bother me with it, but they're usually really loud and think our facade is a public toilet or something :/
So I guess when only a few states in murrica allow it you'll get more tourism in those states, but if all states legalize it people wouldn't need to go to Colorado for example to get high
